All products shipped from European Union.

Delivery time 3-7 business days after receipt of payment. We consider business days to be Monday to Friday, excluding official holidays in Sofia (Bulgaria) or the destination city.

Shipped via DHL Express/ UPS/ DPD with tracking and drop-off with signature. We will provide you with the carrier's name and the tracking number with online traceability.

If you are absent, the carrier may arrange a new delivery or leave the package at a pickup point.

For shipments outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for paying customs duties and fees.
The validity period of the warranty is determined by each manufacturer. We do not offer warranty service for customers outside the European Union.
